Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 basic
OTE: £65K+ (personal bonus + team bonus)An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and commercially astute individual to join a high-performing kitchen product manufacturer in a dual-role capacity:60% Area Sales Manager: Inherit the company's top-performing region in the UK, managing key retail, online, merchant and OEM accounts.40% National Sales Manager: Lead and mentor a team of 4 experienced Area Sales Managers (combined turnover approx. £9 million), managing KPIs, coaching, team recruitment, and performance reviews.The product range includes high-quality kitchen products and associated accessories.
