Residential Conveyancer (Locum) - Somerset - Hybrid Working - June & July Cover - Job Ref: 0187A respected law firm in Somerset is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to provide holiday cover during June and July. This locum role offers hybrid working and the support of an experienced assistant, making it ideal for a confident professional who can hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
  • Progress existing files efficiently and independently
  • Deliver high standards of client care with minimal supervision
  • Work alongside a dedicated assistant throughout the assignment
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing
  • Previous locum experience preferred
  • Able to quickly adapt and work autonomously
Role Details:
  • Duration: June-July (holiday cover)
  • Location: Somerset - hybrid working available
  • Rate: Competitive, based on experience
