  • Monday–Friday, 32 hours per week, term-time only
  • Supportive and inclusive school based in Liverpool
  • Work 1-to-1 and in small groups with pupils who have additional needs
  • Ideal for aspiring Teachers, Educational Psychologists, or Speech and Language Therapists
  • Graduates with a degree in Education, Psychology, or core subjects are encouraged to apply
  • Previous SEN experience preferred but not essential – training provided

About the Role:As a Graduate 1-1 Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to ensure each pupil receives the personalised learning and support they need to thrive. You’ll join a committed team of Teaching Assistants who collaborate with the SENCO to deliver effective strategies and create a nurturing learning environment for students with additional needs.The school offers dedicated learning spaces and a collaborative team culture, ensuring you have the tools and support you need to succeed.
