- Learning Programme Coordination - Support the full lifecycle of learning programmes, including scheduling, communications, session setup in Cornerstone, and coordination with facilitators and venues.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong relationships across departments to understand learning needs, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and contribute to service improvements through reporting, scheduling, and learner support.
- Learning Administration - Respond to queries efficiently, maintain accurate records, prioritise tasks based on deadlines, and support continuous improvement through proactive recommendations and digital solutions.
- Confident using technology and office systems to streamline learning coordination and improve efficiency.
- Experience supporting HR or L&D functions would be preferred, or project experience with a strong interest in employee development.
- Skilled in engaging with a range of partners, including senior leaders, with professionalism and clarity.
- Able to plan and prioritise workload independently, delivering accurate work to defined timelines.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a high level of attention to detail and numeracy.
- Comfortable making informed decisions and presenting recommendations clearly and credibly.
Location: Newcastle (Hybrid - 3days PW).
