We're looking for a talented, passionate professional who is brilliant at both shaping and developing strategic people solutions as well as getting hands-on to deliver those impactful people strategies. This role plays a key part in enabling our business to meet short and mid-term goals by embedding global solutions, driving cultural transformation, and enhancing the employee experience across the full lifecycle.You'll lead HR initiatives that foster a learning culture, support inclusive leadership, and deliver data-driven insights to inform decision-making. With a strong OD background, you'll be adept at driving change and transformation at an organisational, functional and team level, and with working impactfully at different levels within an organisation.
You will join an incredible HR team with big ambitions; playing its part in enabling exciting organisational aspirations.This is a part-time, hybrid role. The successful candidate may choose to work either three full days or four shorter days per week. There is an expectation to be in the Bracknell office a minimum of 2 days per week, with flexibility required to meet stakeholder needs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOrganisational Development & Change
· Plan effective change management interventions, with impactful and measurable outcomes
· Design and deliver OD interventions for teams and functions (or recommend external partners when needed)People Analytics & Insights
· Leverage global tools to deliver actionable data and insights
· Provide regular updates to inform decision-making and strategy
· Analyse data to identify trends and promote improvement opportunities.Employee Engagement & People Growth
· Develop and implement engagement and development strategies
· Promote a learning culture through global and local solutions
· Expertly support the development of talent in the UKIE, delivering on our commitment to be a strong grower of talent
· Support managers and HRBPs with tools and processes to drive growth

  • Proven experience in organisational development, DEI, and employee engagement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including being adept at producing organisational wide comms to support the changes you are driving
  • Passion and expertise for building inclusive, high-performing cultures
  • Degree-level education and/or CIPD qualification; OD certification preferred.
