Our client is looking for an immediately available, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help support their busy invoicing team and play a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly.This temporary role involves assisting the invoicing department with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You’ll help ensure timely processing of invoices, maintain accurate records, and provide general office support during a peak period.£12.21 / HourKey Responsibilities:Assist with invoice preparation and data entryReview and verify invoice information and documentationMaintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing issuesSupport the admin and finance teams with general office tasksAnswer phone calls and respond to email inquiries professionallyRequirements:Previous administrative experience (invoicing or construction industry experience a plus)Strong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)Good organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamPositive attitude and willingness to learnAvailable to start immediatelyThis is a full time office based role, salary £12.21/hour.
