You’ll work closely with commercial, sales, marketing and brand teams – getting under the skin of customer performance, market dynamics and margin opportunities, and turning insight into action.This role can be home-based, with some travel to sites and key meetings as needed – ideal for someone who thrives on flexibility but enjoys being close to the brands and people they support.Leading on commercial insight and pricing strategyBusiness partnering across sales and brand functionsSupporting big-name customer relationships and decision-makingBringing fresh thinking to how we grow profitably and sustainablyManaging and developing two finance team membersQualificationsWe’re looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), ideally with FMCG experience, and someone who can confidently move between big-picture thinking and detailed analysis – and still make it make sense to non-finance stakeholders.If you love working across great brands, adding value beyond the numbers, and being part of a team that’s always evolving – this could be the move you’ve been waiting for.Additional Information
