- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Projects function
- Overseeing new suppliers set up process
- Collaborating closely with the accounts team to ensure any queries relating to the Projects team are resolved promptly
- Handling incoming telephone calls or emails professionally and appropriately
- Organise and process all incoming purchase invoices
- Organising and maintaining departmental documentation
- Assisting with coordination of projects, property maintenance and repairs
- Placing orders with various suppliers; monitor and arrange deliveries
- Keeping detailed records of company facilities and service history data
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
