  • Responding to customer queries via email and phone in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Processing new customer orders and providing advice on products, including upselling opportunities.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Performing administrative tasks to support the team and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Continuously improving processes and ways of working to enhance customer satisfaction.

Day-to-DayYour typical day as a Customer Care Adviser will involve:

  • Assisting customers with their queries, orders, and troubleshooting needs.
