Great opportunity for an experienced FP&A/Finance Business Partner to work for a PE backed business to help ready them for their next growth phase following recent acquisition.The FP&A Manager will:
  • Preparing and presenting accurate and timely management reports, presentations and dashboards for the management team and presenting in a format for non-Financial Managers
  • Manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting and long-term plans.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide recommendations.
  • Drive process enhancement and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and assess different financial scenarios to evaluate potential risks and opportunities.
  • Manage accurate and reliable financial forecasts to assist strategic planning.
  • Utilise financial and operational data to generate insights and trends, helping drive data-driven decisions-making across the organisation. identify trends and provide insights on financial performance to inform executive decision making and drive growth.
  • Providing ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required with recommendations to management based on findings.
Well-backed PE Business boasting double digit growth year on year|Landscape to move into a more senior roleA successful FP&A Manager should have:
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • High proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
