Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Nursery Assistant to work within a school-based Nursery setting at a Primary school in Hereford, to join their team on a long-term basis. This Nursey Assistant role is a part-time position for 3 days per week.The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a Nursery setting. You will be passionate about Early Years Education, and have a secure understanding of the EYFS curriculum. You will be expected to act as a ‘play partner’ for the young learners in your care. You will have high expectations, extending learning through play based activities.We are looking for a passionate and committed Nursery Assistant to start immediately on a part-time basis until the end of the academic year. This is a long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.Required Skills and Experience for this Nursery Assistant role:
  • A level 3 Early Years Qualification
  • Experience of Teaching within the EYFS
  • Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
  • The ability to deliver lessons in an engaging and exciting way for your pupils.
  • The ability to work effectively alongside teaching assistants.
