- Contribute to the UK commercial strategy for your product category
- Manage and take ownership of P&L performance, pricing strategy, and supplier relationships
- Identify opportunities to grow the category through cross-sell, OEM conversion, and product development
- Define and manage core product assortment, supplier base, and sell-out strategy
- Gather market insights and analyse data to identify opportunities for product innovation
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of your product category
- Support and lead sales initiatives, product campaigns, and training
- Respond to product queries from internal stakeholders and customers
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to drive stock turn and optimise inventory
- Keep ahead of market trends and competitor activity
- Act as the internal go-to expert for your category, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Experience in a commercially focused product, category, or procurement role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Knowledge of fluid power, seals, or industrial components
- Understanding of product lifecycle, pricing strategy, or supplier negotiations
- Experience working with B2B sales or technical products
