ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in line with Ralph’s Coffee standards.Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including equipment, workstations, and seating areas.Operate the till, handle transactions accurately, and assist with stock management.Follow health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines.Support team members and contribute to a positive, professional working environment.
QualificationsPrevious experience as a barista or in a café/food & beverage role (luxury or premium environment preferred).Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner.Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and equipment.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak trading periods.A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering memorable experiences.
