Residential Property Solicitor, NQ-3 Years PQE, Essex, £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE) - Are you an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor looking for that next step in your career? Look no further, this could be the role for you! JOB REF:0604.THE ROLE:
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential property matters to include leasehold, freehold and registered/unregistered matters.
  • Drafting contract packs and transactional documents
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
  • Supporting senior team members with more complex transactions as needed
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Applications are sought from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with up to 3 Years PQE.
  • Some experience of commercial property matters would be advantageous.
  • You will have exceptional communications skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • You will be confident and capable of managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
