We're looking for an Internal Sales Manager to join our Lichfield branch, a great opportunity for someone that has a focus on driving a sales team and branch to deliver customer growth.As an Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing an internal sales team and playing a key role in driving sales performance whilst ensuring excellent customer service and supporting business objectives. Your leadership will help shape the team's success and contribute directly to the growth of the branch. Skills that will set you up for success:Ideally you will have previous experience of working within electrical wholesale in a similar role which is highly competitive and customer focused where you are comfortable working towards and exceeding sales targetsYou will be customer centric and a self-starter and enjoy developing the business through face to face and phone-based relationships, becoming the subject matter expert for your customersIdeally you will have previous experience of managing and leading a team with a focus on developing and driving sales activityA flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure whilst identifying business opportunitiesBehaviours that will set you up for success:
