- Develop and maintain financial models to monitor budgets, challenge forecasts, and assess programme costs.
- Build strong relationships across commercial, and senior leadership teams to influence key decisions.
- Lead client meetings, presenting risks and opportunities in a clear and engaging way to non-finance specialists.
- Own the month-end process and deliver high-quality reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner, supporting a service-led directorate with budgeting, forecasting, and financial insight.
- Have solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, with the ability to interpret numbers and tell a clear financial story.
- Ideally be fully qualified however, finalist Accountants with a strong grasp of core accounting principles will be considered.
- Demonstrate excellent Excel skills and be confident building and adapting models to support decision-making.
- Be proactive, commercially aware, and capable of working independently in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across a range of stakeholders.
