
Day Centre Manager

- Lead and manage a high-quality, commercially viable day care service that meets customer needs and complies with all contractual, legislative, and organisational standards.
- Recruit, develop, and support skilled staff, ensuring performance excellence and alignment with service requirements.
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and cost control, to maximise income and ensure value for money.
- Drive strategic growth and community engagement by implementing business plans, promoting the service externally, resolving complaints effectively, and contributing to wider organisational initiatives.
- Level 4 in Management of Care or equivalent
- Extensive senior management experience within the care sector with deep understanding of regulatory requirements, hands-on experience in supported care environments, and proven success in leading and managing staff teams.
- Strong communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English, combined with the ability to interrogate and extract data from computer systems, and proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet-based tools.
