As the Transfer Pricing Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of transfer pricing compliance across EMEA. This role offers opportunities to redesign processes, automate workflows, and contribute to strategic transfer pricing projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and outsourced support teams to ensure transactions are validated.
  • Compliance Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of transfer pricing and tax transparency compliance across EMEA, including data collection, analysis, and timely filing of notifications and returns.
  • Manage outsourced support teams in India and collaborate with local tax advisors across EMEA to meet filing deadlines.
  • Maintain and update compliance timetables, ensuring adherence to new and evolving country-specific requirements.
  • Filing and Reporting:
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of key deliverables, including:
  • Public Country-by-Country Reporting (pCbCR) for EU and Australia.
  • OECD Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
  • EU's 6th Directive of Administrative Cooperation (DAC6).
  • Transfer Pricing local files and other related notifications, filings, and returns.

  • Education:
  • An accounting and/or tax qualification is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience in an in-house or practice tax team is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in:
  • Managing and meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and contributors/data owners.
  • Interrogating ledgers and analysing data.
  • Knowledge:
  • General understanding of transfer pricing compliance requirements and related regulations.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient spoken and written English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships across internal teams and external advisors.
