Our client is seeking a individual with at least 3+ years' experience in patents with good knowledge of EUIPO, UKIPO, WIPO and EPO (experience in trade marks would be advantageous but not essential). If you have the CIPA/CITMA qualification this will be looked upon favourably but is not essentialYou must be confident handling and filing UK, EP & PCT patent applications as well as providing paralegal and administrative assistance. Some duties will include managing databases, records, filing patent and trade mark applications, liaising with clients and updating databases.These types of roles working 100% remote do not come around often so do get in contact for more information as soon as possible.
