– Implement and support occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
– Assist in the assessment of client needs and help adapt their environments to promote independence and quality of life.
– Encourage and motivate clients to engage in therapeutic activities.
– Record and document client progress and liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
– Support Occupational Therapists in delivering community-based interventions.Requirements:
– Recent experience working as a Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant is essential, enriching your ability to connect with clients and therapists alike.
