Production Team Member – Pickering, North YorkshireAre you looking for a long-term opportunity that offers you an excellent work-life balance? If so, we would like to hear from you!Baltic Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading international plastic injection moulding business, who supply world class products to their global customers.This role is a genuine temp to perm position, with an increase in pay rate once probation is successfully completed.Our client has a proven track record of growing their own talent and opportunities are available to the right people from day one.Transport provided from various pick-up points in Scarborough.Pay Rates: £12.50 increasing to £13 after 12 weeks and overtime is paid at £17.50.Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Production duties.
Operating press machines.
Assembling parts.
Extrusion.
Working within the Paint Plant.
Fast-paced environment.
Quality checking.
Labelling and Packing.
Maintain good housekeeping.
Adhering to Health and Safety.

Requirements:

Reliable and committed.
Positive attitude to work.
Good English skills both written and verbal.
Attention to detail.
Teamwork.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Experience within a production/warehouse environment would be advantageous but not essential.

3 shift pattern: (11.40 hours per shift)Candidates must be able to work all 3 shifts on rotation.Days:Wednesday to Friday 7:50am – 20.00pm – 2 rest daysNights:Monday to Wednesday 19:50pm – 8:00am – 4 rest daysSplit Shift:Monday and Tuesday 7.50am – 20.00pm1 rest dayThursday and Friday 19:50pm – 8:00am – 4 rest daysBenefits:
