- Assessing students' behavioural needs and collaborating with the team to develop tailored support plans
- Providing one-on-one and small group mentoring sessions to address specific behavioural challenges
- Implementing evidence-based strategies to promote positive behaviour and reduce disruptive incidents
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting support plans as needed to ensure continued success
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to student behaviour and interventions
- Communicating regularly with parents, carers, and other professionals to provide updates on student progress and coordinate support efforts
- A degree or relevant qualification in education, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Experience working with children or adolescents with behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and restorative approaches to behaviour management
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic in challenging situations
- Degree or relevant qualification in education, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Experience working with children or adolescents with behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and restorative approaches to behaviour management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
