- Lead technical consultation with B2B customers, helping them integrate to our British Airways’ NDC APIs, ensuring smooth and successful implementation.
- Translate customer needs into tailored implementation plans that ensure seamless integration into their business systems.
- Identify and manage technical risks, offering pragmatic solutions that keep projects on track.
- Provide end-user training as needed, ensuring customers are confident in using our systems.
- Foster strong working relationships with customer project teams, ensuring shared understanding of goals and technology.
- Juggle multiple engagements at once, prioritising effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Champion customer needs throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring we build what really matters.
- Stay ahead of trends in airline distribution and technology to inform your work and guide our strategy.
- Work collaboratively across Global Sales, NDC Product and other internal teams to deliver joined-up solutions.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’re confident presenting and influencing at all levels.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years working in technical consultancy, preferably with B2B customers.
- Proven experience in airline distribution or a strong understanding of the ecosystem.
- Knowledge of at least one high-level programming language and familiarity with software development processes.
