We are currently looking for a Managing Editor, B2B Tech Content in EMEA.As Managing Editor, you will play a strategic leadership role overseeing content operations and audience growth for B2B technology publications in the EMEA region. You will define and uphold editorial standards while ensuring content aligns with regional needs and industry trends across key verticals such as cybersecurity, SaaS, MarTech, AI, and cloud computing. Working cross-functionally with freelance contributors, marketing, and sales teams, you will manage the editorial calendar, ensure quality control, and drive SEO-focused growth. This position requires a sharp editorial mindset, strong management skills, and the ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights in a remote-first environment.Accountabilities
  • Define and manage the EMEA content calendar across core technology verticals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage freelance writers, editors, and subject matter experts.
  • Edit and quality-assure content to ensure clarity, tone, accuracy, and adherence to SEO best practices.
  • Establish and enforce editorial guidelines tailored to EMEA regional standards and cultural context.
  • Partner with sales teams on branded content initiatives, joining client calls as needed.
  • Collaborate with analytics, SEO, and digital teams to monitor performance and optimize content.
  • Experiment with localized formats, such as reports, webinars, or translated assets, to expand reach and impact.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital content editing, journalism, or publishing, with a focus on B2B technology.
  • Proven experience managing editorial workflows, freelance writers, and content production.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, audience development, and regional content needs across EMEA.
  • Excellent editing, writing, and communication skills with attention to detail and technical accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Comfortable working across multiple business cultures with sensitivity to regional nuances.
