Job DescriptionCIVIL LITIGATION PARALEGAL, UP TO £22,000, 12 + MONTHS EXPERIENCE, SOUTH YORKSHIRE. An excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to work alongside a Litigation Partner, working on high profile and complex litigation matters across the UK. You will manage a diverse caseload, while playing a key role in the success of major cases. JOB REF: 0792
  • An experienced paralegal is sought to join a Civil Litigation team, working closely with an experienced Litigation Partner on high profile and complex cases across the UK.
  • Responsibilities include managing a broad range of matters, including boundary disputes, company and commercial litigation, debt recovery, inquests, judicial reviews, landlord and tenant disputes, probate disputes, professional negligence claims, property cases, and TOLATA matters.
  • Applications are open to experienced litigation paralegals who are confident in handling debt recovery calls, skilled at advocating effectively for clients, and organised team players with excellent communication and IT skills.
