- Degree in relevant subject or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Project management qualification, e.g., Agile, Prince 2, or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Evidence of recent continuing professional development
- Knowledge of medical education and training systems in Wales or the UK
- Knowledge of postgraduate medical training or workforce transformation initiatives
- Project management experience
- Experience of producing high quality correspondence and reports
- Budget management experience
- Previous experience of working in the NHS or other public sector organisation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 products
- Ability to interpret and present complex data
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Welsh Speaker (Level 1) or willingness to work towards
- Ability to travel to locations across Wales
