We are only considering candidates with prior UK-based recruitment or sales experience.The RoleAs an Account Manager, you’ll work directly with clients across the London construction sector to deliver skilled labour solutions. This is a fast-paced, field-based role requiring strong account management and business development skills.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and expanding client accounts within the construction sector.Conducting regular on-site client visits across London (within M25).Generating new business opportunities through targeted outreach and referrals.Sourcing and placing trades and labour candidates into active roles.Working collaboratively with your team to meet placement and revenue targets.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment or B2B sales within the UK (construction recruitment highly preferred).Strong understanding of the UK construction industry and the fast-paced nature of blue-collar hiring.A confident communicator with a professional presence – this is a client-facing role.
