- Provide personalised care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings, assisting them with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, oral hygiene, and mobility to help maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Support individuals with daily living activities including meal preparation, feeding, medication administration, housework, shopping, and managing appointments or social engagements, ensuring they live as independently as possible.
- Offer emotional support, companionship, and social interaction to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing. Encourage participation in hobbies and community activities, and foster connections with family and friends.
- Assist with health and wellbeing monitoring, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate care records.
