
Senior Project Manager

- Manage full project lifecycles – scope, programme, cost, quality, and delivery
- Lead and motivate internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful project outcomes
- Maintain close communication with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations throughout
- Prepare and maintain risk registers, action plans and financial tracking
- Uphold high quality and compliance standards across all project stages
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project delivery
- Contribute to the mentoring of junior project team members
- Proven experience delivering complex construction projects across various sectors
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and H&S legislation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in project management software and recognised methodologies (e.g. APM, PRINCE2)
- Relevant degree (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field)
- Chartered or working towards chartership with RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent
- £60,000 – £70,000
