A well-established construction consultancy is seeking a confident and driven Senior Project Manager to lead a variety of high-profile, complex construction schemes across the commercial, residential, and public sectors.This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who thrives on responsibility, enjoys building strong client relationships, and wants to play a pivotal role in delivering high-value projects from pre-construction through to completion.The successful Senior Project Manager will be joining a supportive, employee-owned consultancy where staff development is a core focus.   • Manage full project lifecycles – scope, programme, cost, quality, and delivery
  • Lead and motivate internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Maintain close communication with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations throughout
  • Prepare and maintain risk registers, action plans and financial tracking
  • Uphold high quality and compliance standards across all project stages
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project delivery
  • Contribute to the mentoring of junior project team members
Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience delivering complex construction projects across various sectors
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and H&S legislation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficient in project management software and recognised methodologies (e.g. APM, PRINCE2)
  • Relevant degree (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field)
  • Chartered or working towards chartership with RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent
