URGENT REQUIREMENT: A Contracts Analyst is needed on a 1-3 month contract to provide immediate contracting expertise, advice and coordination across a variety of agreements. The role will ensure compliance, governance and the smooth delivery of fast-moving projects within the energy transition sector.Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiating and managing a range of contracts including commercial agreements, NDAs, MOUs and collaboration agreements.
  • Providing contractual advice to support tendering, awarding and managing contracts.
  • Identifying and flagging contractual risks, supporting the team in finding practical solutions.
  • Assisting project managers with contractual matters during live projects.
  • Coordinating input from external legal advisors where required.
  • Supporting procurement activity, ensuring compliance with policy and legislation.
  • Maintaining and updating the contracts register.
  • Managing contract documentation and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements linked to ongoing projects and programmes.
  • Ensuring work is aligned with internal processes and policies.

  • Experienced in contract negotiation and management.
  • Able to identify risks and provide practical solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills, comfortable handling multiple priorities.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
