
Electronics Engineer

- Take part in feasibility studies, scoping of projects and cost estimation.
- Contribute to project proposals and product architecture definitions.
- Specify, design, implement and validate hardware solutions.
- Collect and analyse data and implement proposed improvements.
- Support identifying and solving complex manufacturing and after-sales issues.
- At least a bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering discipline or equivalent with experience in that field, Master degree is preferrable.
- Experience in Digital electronics skills is essential, including experience in any of the following :
- Microcontroller-based circuit design. (Selection of parts, schematic capture, I2C, SPI, UART, etc..)
- Firmware design and implementation. (C/C++, RTOS, Git)
- Experience in design with ADC’s and DAC’s for data acquisition systems.
- Proven experience of working on design/development projects.
- Ability to multi-task, work alone and work under pressure, along with strong communication skills (verbal, written).
- Experience in the engineering change process and adhering to ISO 9001 quality practices.
- Experience of Analog Circuit design.
- Familiarity with system design and complying with compliance standards e.g. CE, NRTL etc.
- Familiarity with electronic test & measurement equipment and techniques.
- Familiarity with scripting languages or equivalent testing automation techniques.
- Hands-on electronic skills, including soldering/de-soldering component-level fault finding on densely populated SMT boards.
- Some international travel may be required.
- Vacuum technology – gauges, pumps, accessories, materials.
- Instrumentation – system test and development.
