NRL are currently working with a client who are looking for a Permanent Electrical Project Engineer to join their team.negotiate and develop project contracts and agree these with clients, if working in consultancy and putting out tenderscommission, organise and assess the work of contractorswork with detailed diagrams, plans and drawingsuse specialist computer-aided design (CAD) software and other resources to design the systems required for the projectuse and develop Building Information Modelling (BIM) to ensure systems are coordinated in a complex construction or refurbishment projectmanage and forecast spend, using whole life cycle costing techniques, ensuring that work is carried out within budget and energy-efficient systems are implementeddesign site-specific equipment as requiredoversee and supervise the installation of building systems and specify maintenance and operating proceduresmonitor building systems and processesmake decisions about expired systems equipment and the appropriate location of new equipmentliaise closely with other professionals, including structural engineers, builders, architects and surveyors and in-house project teamsattend a range of project group and technical meetingsensure that the design and maintenance of building systems meets legislative and health and safety requirementsIf this role would be of interest please send updated CV, qualifications to rfenwick@nrl.co.ukAbout NRL
