- Minimum 1 hour calls - giving you the time to care. We have paid 15 minute gaps between visits so there is no rushing.

- Paid Travel and Waiting time at £12.40 per hour for short gaps between visits
- Mileage - at 45p a mile over first 10 miles of the day.
- Career development - We support care professionals with Care Certificate and ongoing qualifications such as NVQ Level 2,3,4 and 5 as well as in house courses on Dementia care and Palliative care.
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
- Support with Medications and Topical Creams or Drops.
- Reporting any potential issues to our care team so they can speak with other health professionals, the family, the person themselves or and other Caregivers.
