- Working as part of a friendly, vibrant team to provide clients with advice on products and services
- Liaising both face to face with clients and over the phone
- Building positive relationships with clients and providing competitive quotes
- Developing excellent product knowledge and handling internal queries and customer’s questions
- Be able to spot upsell and cross-sell sales opportunities and move them through to a successful conclusion
- Proven experience within an office environment and a ‘salesy’ role
- A minimum educational standard of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths grades A*- C (or equivalent)
- Friendly and persuasive communicator who can build relationships easily
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about building a career in consultative Sales
