- As a C & B Billing Co-ordinator you will manage all enquires efficiently and will be responsible for ensuring that all clients have credit available.
- You will ensure that revenue is posted accurately and efficiently.
- You will ensure that invoices are sent to clients in a timely manner and will be responsible for deposit handling.
- You will ensure that all block information is complete and up to date in Opera and will take appropriate action to resolve any queries you have.
- You will manage and settle all C & B paymasters within 5 days and will follow up as necessary.
- You will take ownership of following up on non arrival bookings and will record the charges made or waived as per Front of House Standards.
- You will assist with the daily completion of all administration tasks within the department.
- You will provide support to the hotel for all general C & B Billing.
- Some previous experience in a Finance or similar role would be useful.
- Are able to proactively prioritise the needs of the role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to liaise effectively with non-financial staff.
- Team player with outstanding inter-personal, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Client focused approach to work.
- IT literate.
