Full-Time position available (37.5 hours per week)Would you like a role where you can improve the lives and empower the independence of people in Farnborough? Dimensions, an award winning, not-for-profit support organisation, are seeking a Support Worker to do just that!The 4 gentlemen and 1 lady we support, share a supported living home. The people we support are in their 50's and have learning disabilities and autism. They would like to meet a Support Workers who share interests with them and will be happy to support them to do the things they enjoy. These include:
- Trips to the cinema or to local theatres to watch plays
- Going bowling
- Listening to music, especially Meat Loaf, Queen, Michael Jackson, Simply Red to name a few
- Getting involved with music sessions at home
- Trips to the shops to buy clothes and things for their rooms
- Going out for cake and a coffee
- Going out to the seaside for walks along the coast
- We offer 30 days annual leave pro rata with the option to buy and sell leave
- If you refer a friend to us and if they’re successfully employed, you’ll receive a £200 bonus
