DescriptionThis open day is run in collaboration with our Disability Committee and is a unique opportunity to learn about our EDI commitments, as well as how to prepare for our application process.The Disability Strand focuses on promoting disability inclusion as part of our strategic agenda, raising awareness and understanding about disability. This ensures we have the support in place to enable both current and future colleagues living with disability to fulfil their potential.Our Disability Open Day takes place on Friday 24th October 2025 for candidates in the penultimate year of their undergraduate degree and onwards. If you are a first-year undergraduate student, please be advised you are not eligible for this event. We will be holding an Open Day in Spring 2026 which is open to first year students. This is an in-person event that will take place in our London office. Please apply to the virtual open day if that suits you better.This event is open to anyone who is disabled, neurodivergent, or has a condition or impairment (including but not limited to ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, Tourette's, or other neurological differences). Whether you have a formal diagnosis, self-identify as neurodivergent, our aim is to create a supportive and understanding space for all interested in vacation scheme opportunities at Mishcon.Our Open Days are a chance to get a real insight into the type of work we do, the clients we engage with and life as a lawyer at Mishcon de Reya. It's your chance to get to know us better and understand what makes us tick but we also want to leave you with an increased level of commercial awareness about how a law firm operates, the current legal landscape and the future of the legal market.We typically look for an expected 2:1 degree and ABB at A-level but we are looking for talented candidates from a range of backgrounds. Please don't be deterred if your grades are lower than this, we are looking for people who have a strong application form across the board.
