- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the team.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data is kept up to date.
- Review, collate, and input data.
- Support the transfer and digitalisation of paper records.
- Liaise with stakeholders and community partners.
- Attend meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Handle correspondence and enquiries in a professional manner.
- Previous administration experience
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Confident with data entry and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
