- PhD or Master's degree in biology, medicine, AI, mathematics, or a related field.

- Highly collaborative and personable. Able to create consensus and enthusiasm among stakeholders and participants.
- Highly effective at communicating with diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical, in writing and verbally. Ability to write quickly, clearly, and persuasively on complex topics.
- Experience organising and coordinating team projects.
- Organising and tracking deliverables, requirements, and tasks for teams.

- Academic or professional experience as a researcher, software engineer, research engineer, or similar.
- Project management of software or research teams.
- Identifying opportunities in biology, software, and artificial intelligence domains.
- Designing and specifying user interfaces and user interaction.
- Experience communicating to audiences at corporate leadership level.
- Ability to institute processes to enable self-management in teams.
- Experience in geographically distributed teams.
- Educational or professional background in biomedicine or machine learning.
