We are seeking experienced Insurance Broker / Account Executive to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a large and successful office with an experienced leadership team and a focus on growth and development.This role can be based in Warwick, Birmingham, Northampton or Leicester offices.The Role
Manage inbound/outbound communication with warm leads
Handle existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service
Work closely with the SME team to drive business growth
Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
Excellent career progression within a large professional insurance group
The Candidate
3 years minimum Cross Class experience
Proven experience in Property & Casualty within the Commercial and Corporate sector
Good Technical Commercial knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of insurance industry practices and principles
