As the General Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, including Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and support staff. Your focus will be on managing a structured and effective sales process, while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and supporting your team to achieve new and used vehicle sales targets
- Promoting add-on products, including finance and insurance
- Driving second-facing activity and building customer rapport
- Managing marketing campaigns and local promotions
- Maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards
- A proven track record in automotive sales management
- Experience in boosting team performance and profitability
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organisational abilities
