- Provide expert financial and commercial advice to drive performance.
- Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Control and monitor business processes and expenditure.
- Prepare, review, and analyse monthly management accounts.
- Complete statutory accounts and corporation tax.
- Oversee all ledger functions - Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and cash management.
- Manage cash flow reporting and liquidity.
- Act as Company Secretary and ensure compliance with group policies.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a proven track record in a commercially focused finance role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident in MS Office; experience with Navision desirable.
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
