Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (Office based)If you are passionate about delivering a great customer experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong sales and communication skills, this is an exciting opportunity for you!As a Customer Support & Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our domestic customers looking to place fuel orders.You'll deliver exceptional service and handle complex queries.Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls from domestic customers who want to place orders for fuel.
- Asking security questions to validate customer identity.
- Supporting vulnerable customers, ensuring their needs are met with care.
- Addressing customer queries, such as late deliveries, and offering solutions to resolve issues.
- Ensuring customer details and orders are accurately recorded.
- Promoting additional products and services where relevant to meet customer needs.
- Customer-focused individuals who demonstrate empathy and patience.
- Experience in selling and cross-selling is desirable.
- Strong listening skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to resolving customer issues.
- A team player who is self-motivated, resilient, and results driven.
