
Solutions Manager -PPS - Capital Projects

- Support the development and execution of the PPS strategy and contribute to business development across the portfolio.
- Build a deep understanding of Mitie's products, services, and project delivery capabilities to articulate compelling value propositions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in project delivery, supporting the FM sales and bid teams alongside the Solutions Director.
- Contribute to the creation of complex win strategies for bids and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Solutions Director and Client Development Directors to build a strong pipeline of new business and account enhancements.
- Lead the design of holistic, differentiated solutions that meet client needs and position Mitie as a market leader.
- Work with the Projects Centre of Excellence to integrate emerging digital and AI technologies into our service offerings.
- Assist in resolving live project delivery challenges and support the achievement of financial and strategic objectives.
- Track and report on opportunity progress to inform business reporting and decision-making.
- Champion a customer-first culture across all engagements.
- Proven experience in a Solutions Manager or Account Manager role within a project delivery or built environment organisation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels internally and externally.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting the development of business cases and high-level programme plans.
- Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Graduate-level knowledge of the built environment or a related technical discipline.
