Gi Group are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on a temp-to-perm basis for a leading pharmaceutical client based in, Balliol Business Park, Benton, Newcastle upon Tyne. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with long-term prospects.Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing of pharmaceutical products
  • Stock control and inventory management
  • Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
  • General warehouse duties including loading/unloading stock
  • Ensuring all items are stored and handled correctly
Important Requirement:Due to the nature of the role, full PPE gowning is required for the picking aspect of the job, which is a significant part of the role and not typical of usual warehouse positions. Full training and support will be provided to ensure compliance with strict safety standards.Essential Criteria:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines strictly
  • Must be able to work on a 4-day on, 4-day off rotation
  • Immediate start
