Job title: Ecommerce ManagerLocation: Manchester City Centre- 2-3 days office per weekSalary: Up to £55,000Forward Role are excited to be partnering with a health and wellness start up, who are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join their growing business. The business works with over 40 brands within the alternative medicine space, with each brand being carefully curated and fact-checked before being approved. The business is passionate and dedicated to ensure they offer their customers the highest quality and authenticity in it's products, which is clear from the way they work everyday.As an Ecommerce Manager, you will develop and oversee the Ecommerce strategy, being both hands-on in strategic decisions and day-to-day execution of trading activity and on-line campaigns. No two days will be the same in this role as you take on a pivotal role with driving on-line growth for the business.Responsibilities will include:
  • Upload product listings onto the site, ensuring product titles and product descriptions are adhering to compliance regulations
  • Day-to-day website management including content updates, price changes, site troubleshooting and promotional activity
  • Review and report on website performance and trading activity including conversion rates, customer retention, AOV and daily traffic
  • Use analytical tools to understand customer behaviour and optimise the on-line customer journey
  • Identify trends and opportunities to keep the brand ahead in their market
To be considered for this role, you must:
  • 3+ years in an ecommerce-focused role, ideally within the health and wellness sector
  • Have solid working knowledge of Shopify
  • Have an analytical midset and be comfortable reporting on key metrics
  • Be confident in working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
