
Stock And Systems Manager

- Maintain accurate stock records through cycle counts and full stock takes
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, with root cause analysis and corrective action
- Support Finance and Auditors in month/year-end reporting
- Collaborate with Planning and Demand teams to model capacity across logistics sites
- Manage pallet provider relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Provide stock reporting and analysis to stakeholders
- Implement processes to manage obsolete, slow-moving, and short-dated stock
- Develop and deliver stock counting systems across logistics and 3PL sites
- Generate reports and analyse data to drive process improvements
- Train logistics teams on stock handling and systems best practice
- Act as super user for ERP and WMS systems, driving automation and improvement
- Support IT with system rollouts and continuous improvement projects
- Liaise with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement updates
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using ERP and WMS systems is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in stock and data accuracy
- Proactive, can-do attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in FMCG or logistics sectors is an advantage
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
