This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established regional firm as a Senior Associate within their expanding Commercial Property team.The RoleYou'll work closely with partners on complex transactional matters, while managing your own caseload with autonomy. Support is available where needed, but the role is suited to someone confident handling high-quality work independently.Your responsibilities will include:Acting on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposalsAdvising on and drafting commercial leases, renewals, and ancillary documents (licences to assign, underlet or alter)Portfolio management for both occupiers and landlordsProviding corporate support on the property aspects of business sales and purchasesAdvising on secured lending mattersIdentifying risks and delivering pragmatic, commercially focused solutionsDeveloping strong client and referrer relationships, while supporting business development initiativesThe PersonWe're looking for a proactive, forward-thinking solicitor with:Significant commercial property experience and the ability to manage matters autonomouslyA strong track record of building and maintaining client relationshipsExcellent drafting and communication skillsStrong organisation and attention to detailA practical, commercial mindset with the ability to problem-solve effectivelyWillingness to engage in marketing and networking to grow the practiceWhy Apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team, where you'll be exposed to high-quality work and have genuine scope to develop your career further.
