
Employee Relations Advisor

- Manage an ER caseload of typically 20-40 case at any one time
- Escalate any complex cases to the ER Manager
- Support across all ER issues including absence, disciplinary and grievance
- Support a range of stakeholders varying in levels
- Support on a range of HR projects including any TUPE processes
- Train and upskill managers to manage low level HR issues locally
- Experience of managing a range of ER issues
- CIPD qualified – however funding can be provided if not qualified already
- A strong work ethic and ability to prioritise
- Excellent communication skills
