What You’ll DoAs a Build Technician, you’ll play a key role in the end-to-end build process, from chassis to fully functional vehicle, ensuring every vehicle is assembled to the highest standards. Responsibilities include:
  • Full vehicle preparation, assembly, and build (Trim & Final Assembly focus).
  • Mechanical and electrical assembly – from components to full ground-up vehicle builds.
  • Diagnosing and logging issues while supporting engineering improvements.
  • Working from technical drawings with precision tools and components.
Are you the Build Technician we’re looking for?We’re seeking detail-driven technicians who thrive in high-quality environments. You’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in vehicle assembly, restoration, or motorsport builds.
  • Strong engineering knowledge with practical problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
  • Proficiency with precision tools and technical drawings.
  • Flexibility to adapt to overtime and evolving build requirements.
  • Awareness of H&S, COSHH, and environmental standards.
Hours & Pay
  • Contract: Initial Contract until December 2025 (Inside IR35)
  • Shift Pattern: Monday – Thursday (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Friday (7:00 AM – 12:45 PM)
  • Overtime opportunities & Rates available
  • Umbrella Pay Rate: £30.00 per hour (Umbrella PAYE – Inside IR35)
Please note, this role is deemed inside of IR35.
